Due to COVID-19 and being a small business, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Please check your order before submitting them, if you have doubts about the product, you can check our other social networks to obtain more information.
We also do not offer cancellations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment.
Once your order has been processed within 1-5 business day (Monday thru Saturday) we are closed on Sundays and holidays, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays, you will need to contact the shipping service from which it was sent, or your route package protections so they can best serve you. International shipments arrive in 30 days after being sent on occasions my take longer depending on the efficiency of the mail of delivery. Please take this into account before placing your international order.
